The intelligent CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization system is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals and food that require high cleaning standards to achieve hygienic and sterile results.
By setting up a program (with adjustable parameters), the CIP/SIP cleaning system automatically prepares cleaning solution, which is then circulated, discharged, and recovered through a pneumatic control valve, liquid delivery pump, and return pump to complete the entire cleaning process. Automatic online cleaning is achieved through a control system consisting of a conductivity detector and a PLC touch screen.
The intelligent CIP/SIP system is a central integrated system that includes water tanks, cleaning solution tanks, heat exchangers, filters, liquid delivery pumps, return pumps, temperature instruments, liquid level instruments, touch screens, control cabinets, and other components.
According to the number of cleaning tanks, single tank, double tank, or multi tank CIP systems can be selected. Depending on whether it is self controlled, manual or automatic CIP systems can be selected.
