Prepare qualified injection water and enter the injection water storage tank. After being pumped to various water consumption points, it is circulated back to the storage tank. During operation, the water quality and operation mode are controlled through detection elements such as liquid level, temperature, conductivity, and flow rate.
The system includes injection water storage tanks, sanitary centrifugal pumps, sanitary heat exchangers, diaphragm valves, air filters, on-site display control systems, and various instruments.
(1)The injection water is produced by the production equipment and connected to the injection water storage tank (provided by the owner), and distributed to various usage points in the workshop through the pipeline circulation system.
(2)The injection water storage tank is a jacketed insulation and pressure vessel.
(3)The storage and circulation temperature of injection water isAround 80-85 degrees.
(4)Through the online conductivity meter before returning to the tank, andThe TOC detector detects the conductivity and TOC of the injection water. If the conductivity and TOC values of the injection water are greater than the set values, the instrument sends a signal to the PLC, which sends an alarm signal and controls the opening of the online two position three-way valve to discharge the unqualified water. If the conductivity and TOC are detected to be greater than the requirements for a continuous period of time, the system will automatically shut down and issue an alarm signal to prompt the operator to conduct an inspection.
(5)Install temperature gauges and temperature sensors in the front and rear pipelines of the heat exchanger for temperature control during sterilization of the pipelines.
(6)The injection water storage tank is equipped with a liquid level gauge and sets the maximum and minimum liquid level parameters. When the liquid level exceeds the maximum value, the inlet valve at the top of the tank closes. When the liquid level is below the minimum value, the delivery pump is turned off.
(7)By installing an online mass flow meter before the return tank, the variable frequency pump is controlled to ensure that the flow rate of injected water in the pipeline is not lower than the minimum flow rate1m/s。
(8)After a long period of inactivity or a production cycle, the system must be sterilized by heating the injection water through an online sanitary heat exchangerMaintain 121 ° C and cycle for half an hour.
(9)During the sterilization process, the temperature, pressure, flow rate, and conductivity inside the pipelines and tanks will be recorded by the control system.
(10)When the injection water temperature is lower than the minimum requirement during the production processAt 70 degrees, the system automatically heats the injection water through a heat exchanger, ensuring that the circulating temperature of the injection water is between 80-85 degrees.
