Squeezing truck
1、 Purpose:
The screw squeezing slag truck is a specialized equipment used in the traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshop to automatically transport traditional Chinese medicine waste residue and perform liquid residue separation. The treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine waste has shifted from manual processing to machine controlled automatic processing, reducing labor intensity, improving safety performance, protecting environmental hygiene, and complying with GMP. It is currently the ideal equipment for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine waste in traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshops.
2、 Working principle:
When there is a request for slag discharge from the extraction tank, the slag extrusion truck is started to run below the extraction tank. The slag extrusion truck stops at the designated position. The traditional Chinese medicine waste residue is loaded into the slag extrusion truck through the slag discharge door of the extraction tank. After loading, the slag extrusion truck runs to the discharge position and starts the discharge device for extrusion discharge, achieving synchronous separation of slag and liquid. The squeezed residue is discharged into the residue storage bin, and the waste liquid is discharged or recovered through pipelines. After the squeezing/residue is completed, the discharge device is stopped, and the squeezing truck runs to the initial position for standby.
